The Future is Watching: a Future Council Film Screening + Youth Panel Discussion
What does climate accountability look like when young people lead the conversation?
Join us for a screening of Future Council, a documentary following youth activists as they travel across Europe confronting CEOs, political leaders, and institutions with urgent questions about climate responsibility and the right to a livable future.
Following the film, we’ll host a panel featuring local youth voices from Future Climate Collective, moderated by Vivian Satterfield - Chief Sustainability Officer with the City of Portland. Together, we’ll explore what it means to build intergenerational accountability, move beyond symbolic inclusion, and create space for young people to shape the climate decisions affecting their futures.
Part of PNW Climate Week, this event creates space for youth voices and perspectives on climate accountability, power, and the future.

Most parking right in front of, or next to, the theater is a mixture of 1 and 2-hour parking. However, if you head one more block west of the theater, you'll enter the NW Portland 4-hour parking grid.
